It also contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, iron, calcium, copper & magnesium which contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C magnesium and copper contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, while vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, C, folic acid and magnesium contribute to normal psychological function .
