If you wish to return a product for any reason, you can do so, within 14 days of the date of receipt, as long as it is in the original condition in which you received it
The packaging or the product must not be tampered with or used.

In the event that the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, healthy.cy has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them.

Some products cannot be returned. Complete the Return form and send it to info@healthy.cy. We will answer as soon as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by you while your money is returned via your bank account with a bank deposit, if the payment is made by credit card the amount is refunded there. 

Important notes

In any case of product return, do not forget to notify the e-shop of your intention (within the 14-day period mentioned above) and to have the Declaration Of Withdrawal Form (see the form here).
