The electrolyte food supplement with vitamins B, C & E from Lanes contains mineral ions-electrolytes such as magnesium, sodium and potassium in combination with vitamins of the B, C and E complex. Thanks to its ingredients it can provide energy before, during or after exercise and to contribute to electrolyte balance. It contains magnesium which contributes to the balance of electrolytes & the normal synthesis of proteins. Also, potassium and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the muscles and the nervous system, while at the same time potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Vitamin C contributes to maintaining normal immune function during and after intense physical exercise & to normal collagen formation for normal cartilage & bone function. Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance and vitamins C and E help protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamins C, B3, B5, B6, B12, Biotin and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production. Vitamins B3, B5, B12, C, folic acid and magnesium help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. The vitamins B3, B6, B12, C, Biotin, potassium and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. How to use
