How to use
2-4 chewable tablets daily, 30 minutes before your meal. Ideally chew 4 tablets daily, 2 before each meal. Consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Chios Mastiha Resin (Pistacia lentiscus var. chia) 250mg, Hydrated Dextrates.
