How to use
Take one tablet a day. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Bulking Agents: (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Para Aminobenzoic Acid, Nicotinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Pyridoxine HCl, Vitamin B12 prep (Cyanocobalamin, Maltodextrin), Thiamin HCl, Riboflavin, Anti-caking Agent: (Magnesium Stearate), Folic Acid prep (Folic Acid, Maltodextrin), Biotin prep (Biotin, Maltodextrin).
